Excel Training for Financiers and Accountants

Will the Excel Training for Financiers and Accountants be suitable for me?

The Excel Training for Financiers and Accountants is for those who:

  • are familiar with the basics of the Microsoft Excel,
  • mostly process financial data,
  • want to learn about financial analysis and creation of complex model enabling them to make decisions based on accurate and reliable data,
  • want to optimise time necessary to prepare analyses of processes and costs.



After the Excel Training for Financiers and Accountants you will know how to:

  • make use of practical knowledge about functions and tools of the MS Excel spreadsheet useful while creating solutions for analytical and optimisation-related problems in finance and accounting,
  • create cost-, price-, and profit-calculating models and make use of valuable tools of  the MS Excel spreadsheet,
  • work with multiple workbooks and worksheets and link them,
  • create a chart and a pivot table and use their capabilities in data analysis.

Before training, we ask you to specify your expectations and analyse your needs. This way, our trainer will be able to suggest the most suitable kind of training for you and modify the programme according to your needs.



Training materials

As a participant of our training, you will receive a complete set of carefully developed training materials including:

  • A reference book discussing the issues covered by the training and providing a "step-by-step" description of the respective exercises,
  • Unlimited electronic access to exercises and training materials within the framework of the Cognity Knowledge Zone.



Having completed a training course, you will receive a certificate confirming the qualifications you gained. The back side of the certificate lists the programme of your training. Cognity certificates are issued pursuant to an entry in the Register of Training Institutions (no. 2.12/00106/2011).

In order to ensure optimum learning conditions, we organise training courses in small groups of no more than 10 participants. We will prepare an individual computer station for you, too.



Post-training assistance

Having completed our training course, you will be offered the assistance of our trainer. If you have any doubts or questions concerning the subject-matter of your training, you can call us, e-mail us or arrange a personal meeting (in our company) with the trainer, who will be at your service.
